Riku Otono joined the ECL lab as a virtual intern in 2022. He is working on virtual characters for a cognitive treatment project. His research interests focus on AR/VR, 3D User interfaces, and HCI. In particular, he is interested in a self-avatar embodiment in AR. He will get his master’s degree in Information Science at Nara Institute of Science and Technology in Japan.
