Kavi Ali is a Research Assistant at the American University of Iraq and Research Coordinator at the Cultural Heritage Organization (CHO), both based in Sulaymaniyah, Kurdistan Region of Iraq. She holds a BA in Cognitive Science from Pitzer College (CA, USA), and her primary research interests center on the potential of XR technologies in addressing psychological and cognitive disorders. Her previous work includes hands-on experience designing and evaluating the applications of AR and VR within the domains of cultural heritage and human rights.
