Hajeun Kim holds a Master’s degree in Data Science from KAIST and is currently working as a research assistant. During his master’s studies, he was a member of the Human Factors and Ergonomics Lab, where he conducted research related to human-centered technologies. His research interests lie at the intersection of human–computer interaction (HCI), extended reality (XR), and adaptive interfaces. At the Empathic Computing Lab, he will contribute to the project “Learning Emotional Alignment Cues from VR Facial Blendshape Dynamics in Dyadic Collaboration.” In this project, he is responsible for developing models that predict emotional alignment using facial blendshape dynamics extracted from VR-based interactions.
