Nebiyou is a Computer Science graduate of Addis Ababa University, Ethiopia. He is a software developer experienced in developing and testing scalable, fast, and optimized software systems that solve complex problems. His primary research interest is Machine Learning and Software Engineering.
He is currently a research intern at the Empathic Computing Lab (ECL) at the University of Auckland, where he is working on the project: How physiological signals change in response to various emotional stimuli. He is passionate about Computer Science and enjoys encouraging others to pursue it. He also spends some of my time at programming boot camps helping students in their journey of becoming software developers.
